Last week we unloaded a Kolbus KM 473 perfect binding line at our warehouse in Roosendaal.
This binding line is configured with:
Handfeeding station, 13 stations gatherer ZU 841, AS 841 reject delivery, set-up element, transfer into binder, binder with 27 clamps, milling station, roughening station, Hotmelt spine gluing, Hotmelt side gluing, 2 x LH370 Premelters, PUR spine glue pot with rollers, Nordson Durapail PUR Premelter, RA 48A rotary cover feeder, 2 nipping stations, laydown delivery, conveyer system with escaper delivery, Kolbus HD152P three-knife-trimmer (year 2005) with cassettes, knife change gauge, Becker vacuum pumps cabinet.
