We often get called after an offset press has been moved and it doesn’t perform the way it used to. Here are 3 things that make the difference:
- Dismantling: make sure every part is labelled, documented and prepared for transport.
- Loading & transport: offset presses require proper lifting points, balanced weight distribution and protection of sensitive components like rollers and electronics.
- Reinstallation: units need to be aligned and pressures set correctly to ensure consistent print quality from the first run.
So remember that this is not just moving a machine. It’s making sure it runs again, exactly as it should.
